Gracious Professionalism

Gracious professionalism is the building block of our team. It runs deep through all of what we do.

Gracious professionalism is teamwork with our team and others. At qualifiers, at practice, and even at home and school, gracious professionalism is extremely important. It teaches us how to work together and how to overcome obstacles.

At qualifiers as sixth graders and seventh graders in FLL, we used our knowledge of FIRST and Robotics to help teams finish their robots before they competed. It’s that spirit that runs our team. We put helping others and getting to know other teams above everything else. Teamwork does not entail just working together, it means that you have to be able to overcome challenges and learn to present opinions in a respectful way.

Growing as an FTC team means Gracious Professionalism needs to be at the base of your team’s core values and that is exactly what WE do as a team.
